The Free plan costs nothing. There is no payment to refund.
This covers every paid plan — Creator monthly, Creator yearly, and the Founding yearly rate. If VidWhale does not work for you, email hello@vidwhale.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No forms, no questions.
A renewal charge is refundable within 14 days of the renewal date, provided you have not meaningfully used the Service during the new period. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
Email hello@vidwhale.com from your account email address, with "Refund" in the subject line. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 business days to post it to your account.
We may decline a refund for an account that violates the Terms of Service.
