Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy governs what may be created with VidWhale, including scripts, narration, and AI-generated images and video ("Content").

2. Prohibited content

You may not use VidWhale to create or attempt to create:

sexually explicit, NSFW, or sexually suggestive content;
content sexualizing or endangering minors in any form;
non-consensual imagery of real people, face-swaps, or deepfakes;
content promoting violence, hatred, self-harm, or illegal activity;
content that infringes others' intellectual property or privacy rights;
deliberately deceptive content presented as fact (disinformation).

3. Enforcement

Prompts for AI generation are screened automatically before generation, and requests that violate this policy are blocked. We may review generated content, and may suspend or terminate accounts that attempt to violate this policy. Violations may result in refusal of service without refund per our Refund Policy.
